Deepening Chakra Understanding: Solar Plexus

Connecting with the “I AM” of our Chakra Experience

Within this course, we will spend the entire session devoted to our Solar Plexus Chakra. This course is an excellent companion to any empath out there! We will learn how this chakra can be affected by the experiences of others and how to regain our own autonomy and protect this sacred space within us all. We will talk about over/under active, limiting beliefs to work on, supportive foods, crystals and oils to help you regain your power and balance!
