This is not a healing, rather this is a teaching. A teaching that allows you to go into your own inner landscape for deep soul work, bringing pieces of lost soul self home. We will walk you through what soul loss is, how it can occur, and what it may look like in your current life. There is direction through our Zoom class and a Guided Meditation to walk you through a personal soul retrieval. Complimentary PDFs will help you discover through Journal Prompts or integrate with our After Care sheet. You are welcome to use the meditation as often as you would like, though we recommend giving yourself a break for integration and care
